Marilyn Hurst's Obituary
Marilyn Hurst, 71, of Nashville died Monday August 29, 2016 in South Georgia Medical Center.
She was born February 19, 1945 in Lakeland, FL to the late Benjamin J. Hillhouse and the late Ruby Wheeler. She was a homemaker and employed with Southern Body Works. She was a member of Vickers Church. She was preceded in death by her husband: Jackie Griner who died in 2006. She was also preceded in death by a brother: Daniel Hillhouse and a granddaughter: Shannon Warren.
She is survived by a daughter: Nina (Bobby) Faulkner of Nashville; 2 sons: David (Allison) Money of Nashville and Eddie (Wendy) Griner of Lee, FL; sister: Carolyn Lawrence of Nashville; 2 brothers: Marvin Hall and Wayne Hillhouse both of Nashville; 9 grandchildren: Kyle (Allison) Gill, Janna (Devin) Johnson, Lee (Anna) Money, Sarah (Ron) Carwein, Kaci (Devin) Parrish, Matthew (Sami) Faulkner, Dalton (Katelyn) Money, Kimi (Donald) Lamb, and Bella Money; 13 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday September 1, 2016 at 11 AM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. R. T. Castleberry officiating. Interment will follow in Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Wednesday 7-9 PM.
