Marvin Avan Vickers' Obituary
Marvin Avan Vickers, age 59 of Nashville, died Friday August 26, 2011 in the Berrien Nursing Center. He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Jewell Vickers.
Survivors include 2 sons, Russell Vickers and Marlon Vickers both of Nashville; 3 brothers, Raymond Vickers of Valdosta, M.C. Vickers of Tifton and Ivan Vickers of Lakeland; 4 grandchildren, Angel, Haven, Dakota and Emily.
Funeral services will be held Sunday August 28 at 3 pm in the Riverside Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy Futch and Rev. Bob Holland officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation is Saturday 4-6 pm at the funeral home.
