Michael Wayne Fackler, 60, of Nashville, died Thursday, February 19, 2026, at his residence.

He was born August 17, 1965, in Miami, FL to the late John Robert "Bob" Fackler and the late Geraldine Powell Fackler. He worked with Southern Concrete building bridges for years. He enjoyed fishing, riding dirt roads, the beach, Nascar and spending time with his family.

He is survived by 2 daughters: Alexis Fackler of Valdosta and Shelley Fackler of Adel; son: Slade (Alyceia) Fackler of Douglasville; 9 grandchildren; sister: Robin (Rodney) Hancock of Nashville; brother: Robert (Betty) Fackler of Nashville; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 6 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Mickey Lindsey officiating. Visitation will be in the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
