Michael Wells Jones, 76, of Nashville died Saturday January 19, 2019 in the Berrien Nursing Center.

He was born October 1, 1942 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Robert Wells Jones and the late Dorothy Jones.  He was a retired commercial manager for Ray & Son Heating and Air, served in the U. S. Air Force and a member of Nashville First Baptist Church.  He was preceded in death by his wife: Janis Marie Jones who died in 2012; daughter: Michelle Jones who died  in 2011; and a brother: Bobby Jones.

He is survived by 2 daughters: Delora Ann "Dee" Gruver of Nashville and Ashley Jones of Riverside, CA; mother: Irish Jones of San Marcos, CA; 4 grandchildren: Darby Jones, Scotty Gruver, John Gruver and Melissa Gruver; great granddaughter: Kaylee Gruver; sister: Linda Winebager of Indianapolis, IN; and a brother: David Minton of Indianapolis, IN

The family will honor his request for cremation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
