Michael Andrew "Mike" Luke, 60, of Nashville died Monday March 19, 2012 in the Tallahassee Memorial Regional Medical Center from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born October 8, 1951 in Lowndes County to the late John David Luke, Jr and the late Clarice Elizabeth "Libba" Hancock. He was co owner/ manager of Luke Pecan Orchards and was a member of the Nashville United Methodist Church. He attended Valdosta State University and the University of Georgia.
He is survived by his wife: Denise Pfeiffer Luke of Nashville; 3 brothers: John David Luke III of Nashville, Pete Luke of Nashville, and Dr. Pat (Lisa) Luke of Atlanta; father-in-law and mother-in-law: George and Rochelle Pfeiffer of Adel; brother-in-law: George (Tina) Pfeiffer; sister-in-law: Catherin Revill; 4 nephews and 4 nieces.
Graveside funeral services will be held Friday March 23, 2012 at 11 AM in the Westview Cemetery with the Rev. Richard Trawick officiating. Visitation is Thursday from 6 to 8
