Mildred Inez Chapman, 81 , died Wednesday December 7, 2016 in Polk County, GA.
She was born December 21, 1934 in Borden Springs, AL to the late Clabe Chapman and the late Lillie Florence Williams Chapman. She was a homemaker and a member of Esom Hill Church of God.
She is survived by 2 brothers: Clabe Chapman, Jr. of Woodstock and Jamie Chapman of Nashville; sister: Patricia Chapman of Cedartown.
Funeral services will be held Saturday December 10, 2016 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronnie Kirkpatrick officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
