Mitchell Ellis "Mitch" Ray, 63, of Lake Park died Monday November 5, 2018 at South Georgia Medical Center.

He was born March 9, 1955 in Hahira to the late Howard Ellis Ray and the late Dorothy Pierce Ray. He was a hotel owner/operator and a member of Francis Lake Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife: Judith Wisen Ray of Lake Park; son: Mitchell Ray, II of Lake Park, daughter: Amanda Ray (Eric Brian Dawe) of Lake Park; 2 brothers: Gregg (Lora) Ray and Clinton (Betty) Ray all of Nashville.  Judith's family is present in her support.

Funeral services will be held Saturday November 10, 2018 at 2 PM in the Francis Lake Baptist Church with  Rev. Eldridge Lyons and Rev. Jim Schappaugh officiating. Interment will follow in Beaver Dam Cemetery in Ray City.  Visitation is at the funeral home on Friday 6-8 PM.
