Naomi Lloyd, 87, of Nashville died Tuesday March 25, 2025, at SGMC Lanier Campus.

She was born June 21, 1937, to the late Drew Vickers and the late Eva Brogdon Vickers. She was a homemaker and retired secretary of Nashville First Baptist Church for many years. She enjoyed sewing, gardening and loved her family. She was preceded in death by a brother: Harvey Vickers and a brother-in-law: Larry Metts.

She is survived by her husband: Joe Lloyd of Nashville; daughter: Teresa Hayes of Nashville; son: Greg (Peggy) Lloyd of Adel; 4 grandchildren: Amanda (Jamie) New of Valdosta, Drew (Amanda) Lloyd of Bonner Springs, KS, Daniel James (Emily Stephenson) of Nashville, Presley James (Richard Shikula) of Marietta; 5 great-grandchildren: Jude, Elodie, Claire, Hayes, and Evan; 2 sisters: Magalene Metts of Powder Springs and Geneya (John) Washington of Augusta; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday March 28, 2025, at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with Mr. Greg Lloyd officiating. Interment will follow in Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Nashville First Baptist Church.
