Patricia Ann "Pat" Dixon, 52, of Nashville died Saturday November 6, 2010 in the South Georgia Medical Center.

She is survived by her adopted mother: Mary Ellen Crisp of Nashville; brother: Bill Dixon of Miami, Fl; aunt: Jean Dixon of Alapaha; cousins: Joe Dixon, Steve Dixon, and Mark Dixon of Alapaha, Wayne Jones of Nashville, and Joyce Tully of Colquitt: also survived by additional cousins. She was preceded in death by her adopted father: Paul Crisp who died October 2, 2010.

Graveside funeral services will be held Monday November 8, 2010 at 2 PM in the Fletcher Cemetery with the Rev. Stanley Luke officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday and Monday at the home of Mary Ellen Crisp. Flowers will be accepted or make contributions to the National Down Syndrome Society or to Penfield Christian Homes.
