P.B. Phillips, Jr, 89, of Nashville, died Saturday July 18, 2020 in the Tifton Health and Rehab Center.

He was born January 19, 1931 in Cook County to the late Pinkey Bomar Phillips and the late Minnie Pearl Brown Phillips. He was a retired supervisor with Metal Products for 30 years and after his retirement was a newspaper carrier for the Valdosta Daily Times. He was truly dedicated to his family and was an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by 6 sisters: Margaret Revels, Melba Fountain, Carolyn Cribb, Edith Taylor, Dorothy Griffin and La Faye Fullerton; brother: Dewayne Phillips.

He is survived by 3 sisters: Mary Gray of Nashville, Linda (Lamar) Webb of Nashville and Rebecca (Bill) Nulf of Walkerton, IN; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside funeral services will be held Monday July 20, 2020 at 11 AM in the Westview Cemetery with the Rev. Blair Joiner officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
