Marjorie "Peggy" Vandemark, 87, of Jennings, FL, died Monday April 8, 2024 at the Fellowship Home in Nashville.

She was born October 2, 1936 in Zephyrhills, FL to the late William Benjamin Carter and the late Marjorie Irene Schluter Carter. She was a retired post master in Gibsonton, FL and a member of the Interlachen Baptist Church where she played the piano for years. She was the widow of John Edward Vandemark who died in 2010.

She is survived by her son: John (Karen) Vandemark of Jennings, FL; daughter: Laura (John) Lister of Andalusia, AL; 2 grandchildren: Stephanie and John Lister; 4 great grandchildren; sister: Lorane Tillman of Ocala, FL.

The family will honor her request for cremation and a memorial service will be held Saturday April 20, 2024 at 11 AM in the Interlachen First Baptist Church.
