Peter James "Pete" Chadwick, 69, of Nashville died Friday August 5, 2011 at his residence.

He was born April 4, 1942 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Marion Chadwick and the late Doris Dukhart. He was retired from Chaparral Boats as the Southeast Region Sales Representative. He was a Army veteran and an avid golfer. For many years he and Carol chaired the Cook-Berrien Cancer Golf Tournament.

He is survived by his wife: Carol Ann Edmonds Chadwick of Nashville; 3 sisters: Linda Conner of North Carolina, Nancy Bishop and Lori Chadwick both of Hollywood, FL; 9 nieces and nephews, and 8 great nieces and nephews.

A private entombment service will be held at a later date in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. A public period of visitation will be held Sunday August 7, 2011 from 5 to 7 PM. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to the American Cancer Society.
