Phillip Wade Heath, 57, of Tifton died Friday October 30, 2015 in the Berrien Nursing Center.
He was born July 19, 1958 in Tift County to the late William Franklin Heath and the late Gladys Louvenia Carver. He was retired from Nashville Mills as a machinist for 32 years and was a faithful employee. He is preceded in death by a brother: Kenneth Heath.
He is survived by 2 daughters: April Solomon of Douglas and Dena Vickers of Douglas; sister: Sylvia (David) Green of Tifton; brother: Steve Heath of Willacoochee; 5 grandchildren: Austin, Adam, Brice, Emma and Dawson.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday November 1, 2015 at 3:30 PM in New Griffin Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Willie Heath officiating. Interment will follow in Brogdon Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to the service.
