Phyllis Turner Bailey, 73 , of Nashville died Saturday August 22, 2020 at Tift Regional Medical Center.

She was born March 26, 1947 in Berrien County to the late Phillip Jackson Turner and the late Ruby Lee Taylor Turner.  She was a homemaker and alongside her husband owned and operated Bailey Appliances. She was a member of the Nashville First Baptist Church. Phyllis was married to the late Alton Bailey for 54 years, who passed away in 2018. She was also preceded in death by a  brother: Billy Turner; two sisters: Charlotte Tyson and Beverly Pafford; brother-in-law: Carl Pafford.

She is survived by two daughters: Dale (Chad) Vickers of Alapaha and Kim (Tim) Hughes of Nashville; son: Al (Benjie McEntyre) Bailey of Fernandina Beach, FL; five grandchildren: J (Becky) Hughes of Atlanta, Tyler Cowart of Alapaha, Darby Givens of Alapaha, Bailey Hughes of Nashville and Sam Hughes of Nashville; great grandson: J. J. Givens; several nieces and nephews; beloved puppy: Max.

A graveside funeral service will be held Monday August 24, 2020 at 2 PM in Westview Cemetery with Mr. Iraman Vickers officiating.   Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
