Raleigh Bell Bailey, 88, of Nashville, died Sunday December 25,2022 at his residence.

He was born April 1,1934 in Berrien County to the late Elbert Oscar Bailey and the late Janice Gunter Bailey. He was a retired machinist with Owen/    Illinois and also worked with Roadway. He was the widower of Ethel Virgean Wright Bailey who died in 1995 and was proceeded in death by his companion Janice Sayyah who died on October 29, 2022. He was also preceded in death by two sisters: Julia Murray and Kathleen May; 5 brothers: Obin Bailey, Henry Bailey, Oscar Bailey, Emory Bailey and Paul Bailey.

He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Friday December 30,2022 at 11 AM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Bennett officiating. Interment will follow in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Friday one hour prior to the service.
