Richard Lamar "Scotty" Barfield, Jr, of Lawrenceville died Thursday December 9, 2010 at his residence.
He is survived by his wife: Donna Kay McClellan Barfield of Lawrenceville; daughter: Abby (Brian) Ray of Tifton; 2 sons: Marty Barfield of Lawrenceville and McKae Barfield of Nashville; 2 sisters: Brenda (Glenn) Adkins and Sue Helms both of Valdosta.
Funeral services will be held Monday December 13, 2010 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Ernie Jones, Rev. Stan Nix, and the Mr. Ben Blanton officiating. Interment will follow in the Rowe Family Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday from 6 to 8 PM.
