Ricky Carroll "Rick" Franklin, 60, of Nashville died Tuesday October 6, 2020 at his residence.

He was born December 27, 1959 in Lowndes County to the late Coy Lee Franklin and the late Jennie Warren Solomon.  He was a registered nurse with Southwell Rehab in Adel and a member of Cornerstone Christian Church in Sparks.  He was previously employed with US Renal Center in Valdosta and Adel, Bethany Hospice and Director of Nursing with Berrien Nursing Center.

He is survived by his wife: Karen Hawthorn Franklin of Nashville; daughter: Valerie (Benjamin) Smith of Amelia Island, FL; three sisters: Jackie (Stanton) Tedder of St. Augustine, FL, Belinda (Kerry) Holbrook of Nashville and Terri (Stanley) Solano of Elkton, FL; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday October 14, 2020 at 11 AM at Cornerstone Christian Church with the Rev. John Bagley officiating.  Memorials are requested to Full Harvest Ministries P.O. Box 756 Pickerington, OH 43147.
