Robert Eugene "Bob" Hawkins, 75, of Ray City, died Saturday July 25, 2015 at his residence.
He was born November 17, 1939 in Murray County, Georgia to the late Mary Belle Smith Hawkins. He was a retired truck driver and farmer for Nashville Milling Company. He was of the Baptist faith and a United States Air Force Veteran.
He is survived by his wife: Mary Gray Hawkins of Ray City; 2 daughters: Lisa (Tony) Scrivens of Ray City and Caroline (Joe) Cook of Ray City; son: Rob (Shannon) Hawkins of Ray City; 3 grandchildren: Quade Hawkins, Ethan Hawkins and Maddison Cook; sister-in-law: Betty Pearson of Nashville.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday July 28, 2015 at 11 AM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Scotty Mathis officiating. Interment will follow in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Tuesday from 9 AM until hour of services.
