Robert Leland "Bob" Morgan, age 82 of Nashville, died Thursday January 21 in the Smith Northview Hospital in Valdosta. He was a retired M/Sgt E-8 US Army with 21 years service and also retired with Greyhound Bus Lines with 25 years service.

Survivors include his wife, Jozette Moore Morgan of Nashville; daughter Joy (Louis) Garcia of Hayesville, NC; 2 sons, Dr. Joe (Debra) Morgan of Valdosta and John (Donna) Morgan of Athens; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers.

Graveside funeral services will be held Sunday at 2pm in the Nashville Memorial Gardens with Mr. Jackson Moore officiating.

Visitation is Saturday 7-9pm at the funeral home.

Memorials are requested to the Salvation Army, an agency that befriended Bob as a child.
