Robert Wilson "Bobby" Brooks, 63, of Nashville, died Monday March 30, 2015 at his residence.

He was born December 1, 1951 in Irwin County to the late Robert L. Brooks and the late Mary Hudson Brooks. He was a retired service manager for Xtra Lube and worked for several years with Brooks Auto Parts. He was a member of the Berrien Bass Masters Club and of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife: Joyce Marie "Jodi" Hogan Brooks of Nashville; 4 sons: Robbie (Tammy) Brooks of Nashville, Tony (Tanya) Taylor of Hahira, Michael (Kitty) Taylor of Crawfordville, FL and Shawn (Erin) Taylor of Palm Coast, FL; daughter: Cindy Brooks (Allen Padgett) of Nashville; sister: Peggy Webb (Al Roork) of Salem, AR; brother: Sonny (Brenda) Swiger of Salem, AR; 18 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday April 3, 2015 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Vernon Hughes and the Rev. Gary Cadwell officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from 7 to 9 PM.
