Ronald Edward Foss, III, 60, of Nashville, died Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at his residence.

He was born April 15, 1965, in Plattsburgh, NY to the late Ronald Edward Foss, Jr and the late Alice Mooney Foss. He worked at Nashville Mills for 30 years and was presently employed with Chapparal Boats in the small parts division. He loved his family, working and building race cars. He was preceded in death by a sister: Linda Romberger; 2 brothers: Roger Liberty and Mark Foss.

He is survived by his wife: Beverly Lott Foss of Nashville; 2 sons: James (Sarah) Foss of Nashville and Kevin (Tanya) Foss of Nashville; sister: Cheryl (Tim) Youmans of Nashville; 2 brothers: John (Stephanie) Foss of Nashville and Mike (Angie) Liberty of Nashville; 4 grandchildren: Gracelyn, Thomas, August and Ayla; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 11 AM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Jason Clanton officiating. Interment will follow in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Tuesday in the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
