Ronald Earl “Ronny” Hester, 75, of West Berrien died Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Tift Regional Medical Center.

He was born September 5, 1950, in Tift County to the late Earl Edison Hester and the late Billie Sumner Hester. He was the retired owner of Hester Generator and Starter and United States Army Veteran. He was an outdoorsman, could grill like no other and loved his grandbabies.

He is survived by his son: Billy (Meghann) Hester of West Berrien; 3 grandchildren: Graham, Emmeline and Anson; sister: Donna Kane of Fernandina Beach, FL; brother: Hayward (Cindy) Hester of Fernandina Beach, FL; mother of his son: Bonnie Hester of West Berrien.

Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 2 PM in the Pine Grove Cemetery with Rev. Mike Bennett officiating. Visitation will be held in the funeral home Friday night from 6 to 8 PM.
