Rose Mary Simmons, 66, of Ray City died Tuesday April 23, 2013 at her residence.
She was born October 22, 1946 in Fort Lauderdale, FL to the late Grover Johnson and the late Mary Morris. She was a homemaker and preceded in death by a sister: Barbara Sanford.
She is survived by 2 daughters: Lynn Youngblood of Ray City and Mary (Darrell) Walker of Gainesville; son: Sean Simmons of Naylor; 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; 2 sisters: Shirley McElroy of Hollywood, FL and Linda Runnells of Mississippi; 2 brothers: Buddy Johnson of Cleveland and Boone Johnson of Anthony, FL.
The family will honor her request for cremation and there will be no formal service.
