Rose Sutton, 63, of Nashville, died Wednesday January 6, 2016 at her residence.
She was born May 27, 1952 in Lowndes County to the late Franklin Talmadge Hughes and the late Emogene Odum Hughes. She was a homemaker and attended Calvary Temple Church. She was preceded in death by a half brother: Michael Smith.
She is survived by 2 daughters: Sheila (Teddy) Heath of Nashville and Amanda (Russell) Vickers of Nashville; son: Jimmy (Lindsey) Simmons of Nashville; companion: Bobby Sutton of Nashville; 11 grandchildren: Angelica, Haven, Dakota, Austin, Shelby, Morgan, Sarah, Ethan, Alex, Logan and Bailey; sister: Dianne Washington of Nashville; brother: Bobby Smith of Nashville; uncle: Earl (Euretha) Hughes of Nashville; aunt: Carolyn Bailey of Nashville.
Funeral services will be held Saturday January 9, 2016 at 11 AM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Chris Martin officiating. Interment will follow in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Friday from 6 to 8 PM.
