Roy Lee Spray, 80, of Nashville, died Tuesday April 9, 2024 in the Langdale Hospice House.

He was born March 15, 1944 in Lawrenceville, IL to the late James W. Spray and the late Bernice Craven Spray. He was a retired E-6 unit supply specialist in the United States Army and served in Vietnam. He attended the Nashville First Baptist Church and was preceded in death by a wife: Frances Reghnia Hendley Spray.

He is survived by his wife: Debra Moore Spray of Nashville; 2 daughters: Cynthia (Hayward) Becton of Tifton and April (Kelvin) Gaines of Naylor; 3 sons: Roy (Nicole) Spray II of Hayes, KS and Daniel (Jenna) Spray of Nashville and Shawn (Casey) Corbitt of Statenville; brother: Charlie (Wanda) Spray of Valdosta; 13 grandchildren and a great granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held Saturday April 13, 2024 at 11 AM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis Rowland officiating. Interment with full military honors will follow in the Webb Hendley cemetery. Visitation is Saturday one hour prior to the service.
