Russell Lamar "Rusty" Lindsey, 55, of Lakeland, died Tuesday November 26, 2024 at SGMC in Valdosta.

He was born April 25, 1969 in Lowndes County to the late Amos Lamar "Buddy" Lindsey and the late Lynn Futch Lindsey. He was a truck driver with Core & Main and maintained a lawn care service. He was  fun loving, very easy going, loved his family and friends. He was preceded in death by a brother: James Cyril "Jim" Futch, II.

He is survived by 2 daughters: Ami (Tanner) Courson of Lakeland and Ali Paschal of Nashville; 2 grandchildren: Alden Paschal and Brooks Courson; aunt: Debbie (Jackie) Rowan of Nashville; extended family members and friends.

His family will honor request for cremation. A visitation will be held Monday December 2, 2024 from 6 to 8 PM in the funeral home.
