Shanna Lee Lewis, 27, of Nashville died Wednesday August 25, 2010 at her residence.

She is survived by her husband: Andy Lewis of Nashville; daughter: Ansley Lewis of Nashville; father and mother: Ronald and Doris Samples of Nashville; sister: Christina Samples of Winter Haven, Fl; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Dale and Betty Sumner of Nashville; maternal grandparents: Arie and Eleanor Monk of Blackshear and Dorothy and Charles Monk of Nashville; sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Donna and Derek Joiner of Nashville; niece: Loren Joiner of Nashville. She was preceded in death by a father-in-law: Harvel Lewis.

Funeral services will be held Saturday August 28, 2010 at 2 PM in the Nashville Church of God with the Rev. Larry Daughtry officiating. Interment will follow in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Friday from 7 to 9 PM at the Nashville Church of God.
