She is survived by her husband: Dean Douglas of Nashville; mother: Tammy Ballard of Nashville; father: John Carter of North Carolina; sister: Tabbitha McCall of Nashville; brother: Anthony Jones of Nashville; nieces: Winter, Autumn, Angelica, Paulette, and Savannah; nephews: Kyle, Drew, and D.J.; great niece: Paisley.
The family will honor her request for cremation and there will be no formal service.
