Tammy Sheree Cortesi, 53, of Nashville, died Friday July 15, 2016 at her residence.
She was born July 14, 1963 in Lowndes County to Edwin Dupree and Betty Keen Dupree. She was an LPN with Berrien Nursing Center and a member of Hope Mills Baptist Church in Hope Mills, NC. She was preceded in death by a brother: Terry Dupree.
She is survived by her daughter: Breanna (Joey) Griner of Ray City; son: Brian (Candace) Cortesi of Valdosta; father and mother: Ed and Betty Dupree of Nashville; sister: Pamela Lombard of Summerville, SC; 2 brothers: Don Dupree of Homerville and Eddie Dupree of Panama City, FL.; numerous nieces and nephews.
Her family will honor her request for cremation. A memorial service will be held Wednesday July 20, 2016 at 11AM in Westview Cemetery. The family requests memorials be made to the Berrien Humane Society.
