Teddy Leon Gray, 72, of Douglasville, died Monday May 18, 2020 at Wellstar Hospice in Austell, GA.

He was born January 30, 1948 in Lax, GA to the late Wilbur Gray and the late Zephyr Hutto Gray. He was a retired machinist from National Envelope Corp. and also Leslie Locke in Tifton for many years.

He is survived by his daughter: Tina (Bill) Griner of Alapaha; two step daughters: Cindy Young of Rutledge and Lisa Harris of Marietta; special friend: Angelia Samples of Douglasville; four sisters: Wilma Cook of Albany, Dianne Denby of Leesburg, Bobbie Jean Kennedy of Leesburg and Liz Davis of Sylvester; three brothers: Mike Gray of Doerun, Jack Gray of Sylvester and Rev. Rob Gray of Warwick; numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Thursday May 21, 2020 at 11 AM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Rob Gray officiating. COVID-19 social distancing guidelines will be in place.  Interment will follow in Nashville Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
