Terri Ann Harlan, 60, of Ray City, died Friday January 10, 2014 in the South Georgia Medical Center.
She was born May 28, 1953 in Knob Noster, Missouri to the late Donald Lee Taylor and the late Janet Gail Gunnoe. She was a homemaker and was a disabled veteran having served in the United States Air Force for 4 years working in civilian personnel and computers. She left home at the age of 16 with her husband and they were married for 43 years.
She is survived by her husband: Bobby Joe Harlan of Ray City; daughter: Allisha Gail Barnwell of Valdosta; 2 sons: Aaron Joseph Harlan of Ray City and Donnie Edward Harlan of Valdosta; 8 grandchildren: Joey Harlan, Kaylan Harlan, Andrew Harlan, Brittany Morris, Adam Hunter Morris, Justin Barnwell, Amber Barnwell, and Christopher Harlan; 2 great grandchildren: Zoe' Barnwell and Kyler Paige Harlan; 4 sisters: Cheryl Jones of Ft. Worth, TX, Deborah Rouse of Marmet, WV, Tammy Jefferies of Lost Creek, WV, and Cindy Dickey of Lost Creek, WV; 2 brothers: Donald Taylor, Jr. is overseas in US Army and Donald Lee Taylor, Jr. of Charleston, WV.
The family will honor her request for cremation. A public visitation with viewing will be held Wednesday January 15, 2014 from 7 to 9 PM in the funeral home. There will be a private family service on February 14, 2014.
