Tharon Wallace Temples, 74, of Nashville, died Wednesday July 28, 2021 at South Georgia Medical Center.

He was born October 26, 1946 in Berrien County to the late Henry Hudson Temples and the late Ora Gladys Griner. He was a retired truck driver with the City of Nashville for over 30 years and was of the Baptist faith. He is preceded in death by his sister: Nancy Warren.

He is survived by his wife: Shirley Sirmans Temples of Nashville; son: Kevin Temples of Nashville; 2 daughters: Lori (Chad) Belflower of Valdosta and Kristy (Aaron) Gaither of Nashville; sister: Quida (Ernest) Hall of Lakeland; 3 brothers: Walton Temples of Ray City, Wayne Temples of Ray City, and Wyman (Elizabeth) Temples of New Port Richey, FL.; 4 grandchildren: Callie, Emma, Ellie, and Hudson.

Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday July 31, 2021 at 12 PM in the Nashville Memorial Gardens with Mr. Mark Gaither and Rev. Darryl O'Steen officiating. Visitation is Saturday from 10 AM to 11:45 AM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to the Alzheimer's Association or Center for Dementia Research.
