James Timothy "Tim" Roberts, 62, of Nashville, died Sunday May 8, 2022.

He was born March 21, 1960 in Cook County to the late James Austin Roberts and Shelby Ann Rowan Roberts. He was employed with Chaparral Boats in the Woodshop and for 34 years worked at Nashville Mills. He attended Flat Creek Church, enjoyed playing his guitar, listening to Journey and he loved woodworking.

He is survived by his wife: Angie Roberts of Nashville; step son: Joshua Barber of Jacksonville, FL; mother: Shelby Roberts of Nashville; sister: Barbara (Robbie) Dasher of Nashville; 2 nieces: Kaitlyn Pearson and Delaney (Hayes) Hancock; 5 nephews: Austin Pearson, Will (Ashli) Dasher, Justin (Anna) Browning, Jeremy (Mariah) Browning and Andrew (Amy) Browning.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday May 11, 2022 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Jeff Palmer officiating. Interment will follow in the Westview cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Cancer Treatment Center of America (CTCA), 600 Celebrate Life Parkway, Newnan, GA 30265.
