Tiyan Cole, 2 months, died Monday December 24, 2012 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia.

He was born October 11, 2012 in Tift County to Corey Garron Cole and Victoria Nicole DeMaso.

He is survived by his parents: Corey and Victoria Cole of Nashville; 2 sisters: Cadian Cole and Cora Cole both of Nashville; 3 brothers: Garron Cole, Eban Cole, and Doran Cole all of Nashville; maternal grandmother: Lisa Mixon of Warner Robins; maternal grandfather: Richard DeMaso of Arizona; paternal grandparents: Bo and Cindy Cole of Nashville; maternal great grandmother: Marian DeMaso of Arizona; maternal great grandfather: Zoe Krcelic of Ohio; paternal great grandparents: Olan and Ellie Luke of Nashville.

Graveside funeral services will be held Friday December 28, 2012 at 11 AM in the Nashville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday one hour prior to services.
