Toby Keith Hawkins, 18, of Nashville, died Wednesday January 22, 2014 at his residence.
He was born August 7, 1995 in Cook County to Jay Wendell Hawkins and Kathy Ann Bennett. He loved hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. You will live in our hearts forever and we will miss you "Chubby". Mommy will never forget you and we love you "Bubba". Gone to be an angel and never forgotten.
He is survived by his mother: Kathy Bennett Garcia of Nashville; father: Jay Hawkins and Brenda Powell of Nashville; brother: Jay Hawkins, Jr and Shay Catlett of Nashville; maternal grandparents: Billy Jack and Clara Bennett of Nashville; paternal grandfather: J.W. Hawkins of Willacoochee; aunts and uncles: Allan and Renee Bennett, Keith and Kim Bennett, Melinda and Scott Womack, Melissa Rutherford and Freddy Perez, Ray and Lisa Hawkins; close friends: Haley Bennett and Brian Burch; host of other cousins and friends.
The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers.
