Obituary

Tony Lamar Price, 73, of Nashville, died Wednesday February 3, 2021 in the Tift Regional Medical Center.

He was born October 29, 1947 in Berrien County to the late Mallie Slaton Hancock and the late Lucille Brown Hancock. He owned and operated Price Motors for 34 years. He later was associated with Bo Lovein Ford, Mike Burch Ford and currently Nashville Ford and was a member of Flat Creek Church. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law: Ocie and Lillian Moore; sister-in-law: Shea Giddens Moore.

He is survived by his wife: Sharon Moore Price of Nashville; 4 daughters: Angie Price of Nashville, Shea Boyer of Adel, Karen (Jeff) Jernigan of Hemingway, SC and Erin Robinson of Nashville; son: Matt Price of Nashville; brother: Charles (Linda) Price of Tennille; 8 grandchildren: Shayla (James) Guffey, Taylor Purvis (Jared Wright), Connor Jernigan, Carson Jernigan, Cooper Jernigan, Zaylin Reese, Camden Reese, Jensen Reese; great grandson: Grayson Wright; sisters-in-law: Cathy (Stan) Bennett, Janet Glausier and Beth Adams all of Nashville; brothers-in-law: Ken Moore of Nashville and Randall Moore of Ashburn; several nieces and nephews; beloved Bassett hound: Max.

Funeral services will be held Saturday February 6, 2021 at 2 PM in the Flat Creek Church with the Rev. Mark Swain, Rev. Danny Ray and Rev. Mickey Lindsey officiating. Interment will follow in the Flat Creek Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 7 to 9 PM in the funeral home.
