Vertture Boyd Conger Smith's Obituary
Vertture Boyd Conger Smith, age 89 of Nashville, died Thursday November 10 in. the Berrien Nursing Center. She was the widow of Melton "Bo" Boyd, Tom Conger and Lee Smith.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Charlotte Dillard of Nashville and Mary Boyd of Jacksonville, Fl; 5 sons, W.J. Boyd, Raiford Conger, Henry Boyd and Gary Boyd all of Nashville, Ricky Boyd of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl; sister, Rosie Roland of Cecil; brother, Talley Sutton of Nashville; numerous grand, great and great great grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services will be held Friday at 2 pm in the Empire cemetery with Rev. Ray Calvin officiating.
Visitation is Friday from 12 noon until the service hour.
