Virginia Ann Herring, 75, of Adel, died Thursday June 9, 2022 at her residence.

She was born April 5, 1947 in Berrien County to the late Carlie Cook and the late Eula Mae Stone Cook. She was a homemaker and for over 25 years worked with the J.H. Harvey Co. She was a member of New Life Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband: Lacy Herring of Adel; 2 sons: Tracy (Ginny) Herring of Adel and Michael (Telisha) Herring of Sperry, OK; 3 brothers: Danny (Helen) Cook of Lakeland, Winston (Betty) Cook of Valdosta and John Cook of Valdosta; 4 grandchildren: Christian Herring, Cheyenne Herring, Kyndall Herring and Austin Herring.

Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday June 11, 2022 at 10 AM in the New Life Cemetery with the Rev. Chad Payne officiating. Visitation will be in the cemetery thirty minutes prior to the service.
