Virginia Wilkerson, 93, of Nashville, died Sunday October 18, 2015 in the Langdale Hospice House.

She was born January 17, 1922 in Berrien County to the late Jesse B. Boyett and the late Rossie Paulk Boyett. She was a homemaker and member of the Nashville First Baptist Church. She was the widow of Henry Munroe Wilkerson and also preceded in death by a son-in-law: Jerry Rollins.

She is survived by her daughter: Sandra Swindle Rollins of Panama City Beach, FL; son: Dr. Glenn T. (Sharon) Swindle, Jr of Valdosta; 6 grandchildren: Terry(Brooke) Swindle of Boca Raton, FL, Dena(Chris) Corsentino of Mobile, AL, Craig Swindle of Griffin, GA, Judson(Terri) Rollins of Seattle, WA, Leah Catherine(Joel) Brake of Missoula, MT, Penn Swindle of Bozeman, MT and 4 great grandchildren.

The family will honor her request for cremation. A memorial service will be held on Sunday November 8, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the social hall of Nashville First Baptist Church with the Rev. Danny Ray officiating. The family will visit with friends after the service in the social hall. Memorials are requested to the Nashville First Baptist Church or Langdale Hospice House.
