Walter Jack "Walt" Dix, 63, of Lake Park, died Sunday, April 6, 2025, at his residence.

He was born August 2, 1961, in Berrien County to the late Jack Allred Dix and the late Sarah Hortense Connell. He was employed with TM Polyfilm in Valdosta as the maintenance supervisor and worked there for 40 years. He loved to shoot and build guns, drag racing and carpentry.

He is survived by 2 sons: Noah Dix of Hickory Springs, NC and Luke Dix of Lake Park, the mother of his sons: Denise Dix of Hickory, NC.

A graveside funeral service will be held Saturday April 12, 2025 at 2 PM in the Westview cemetery with the Rev. Mike Bennett officiating. Visitation is Friday from 6 to 8 PM in the funeral home.
