Mr. William Otis "Bill" Adams, 78, died peacefully at home on Tuesday September 10, 2024.

He was born November 22, 1945, in Madison County Florida to the late Bobby and Maggie Adams. He retired from part sales management after a lifelong career with Ford Motor Company. He was an avid Florida Gator fan and loved watching college football on Saturdays in the fall.  He was a gifted musician, played with the band "The Bulls" for many years and served in the Army Reserves. He was preceded in death by his wife: Evelyn Patricia "Patsy" Adams, son: William Otis "Butch" Adams Jr and a brother: Tom Adams.

He is survived by his son: Stephen (Joella) Adams of Nashville; a daughter-in-law: Annette Adams of Nashville; 2 grandsons: Lee (Mary Katherine) Adams of Nashville and Ryan (Kelsey) Adams of Nashville; 2 great granddaughters: Scarlett and Maren; 3 brothers: Joe Adams of Virginia, Harold Adams of Florida and Burnette (Joan) Adams of Florida; sister: Milber Berry of Texas; sister-in-law: Paula Adams of Florida; several nieces and nephews and his four legged kids Rocky and Ruby.

Funeral services will be held Thursday September 12, 2024 at 5 PM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home. Visitation is Thursday from 4 to 5PM in the funeral home. A private interment will be held in the Nashville Memorial Gardens.
