Wilma Jean Hayes, 74, of Nashville, died Saturday, September 27, 2025, in the Berrien Oaks.

She was born January 18, 1951, in Lowndes County to the late Wilburn Ralph May and the late Thelma Ruth Waller. She was a homemaker, worked at Nashville Textile for many years and the Berrien Nursing Center. She was a faithful member of Jacob's Well, loved her God, family, church, and the Georgia Bulldogs. She was the widow of Charles Raymond Hayes who died in 2013.

She is survived by her son: Josh Hayes of Nashville; 2 grandchildren: Caleb Hayes and Anslie Hayes; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 11 AM in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Mickey Lindsey and Rev. Blair Joiner officiating. Interment will follow in the Westview cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday one hour prior to the service in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made the Jacob's Well Children's Ministries.
