Winslow Futch's Obituary
Charles Winslow Futch, 79, of Sparks died Monday October 9, 2017 at his residence.
He was born May 21, 1938 in Atkinson County to the late Henry T. "Dumps" Futch and the late Louise Bradford Futch. He was a retired auto parts depot salesman for Chrysler Corp. and a veteran of the U. S. Army and the U. S. Navy. He was also preceded in death by 2 sisters: Patty Futch Anderson and Marie Futch Beeman.
He is survived by his son: Mike (Debbie) Futch of Sparks; 4 brothers: Rev. Swinton Futch of Lake Wales, FL, Cordell Futch of Nashville, Roy Futch of Jacksonville, FL and Carroll Futch of Nashville; sister: Carolyn Grubaugh of Marietta; 1 grandson: Scotty Futch; 1 granddaughter: Heather Janey; 4 great grandchildren: Alyssa, Elizabeth, Charlee and Alex.
The family has honored his request for cremation and no formal service will be held.
