Zaida Dezarae Monk, 3 months, died Wednesday January 3, 2018 at home in her sleep.
She was born October 2, 2017 in Valdosta to Jackie Wayne Monk and Tiffany June Monk. She was preceded in death by her grandfather: Robert Monk.
She is survived by her mother: Tiffany Monk of Valdosta; father: Jackie Monk of Valdosta; 3 sisters: J'kisiana Monk, Mariah Monk and Jada Monk all of Valdosta; 7 brothers: Dominic Monk, Jackeis Monk, Jhaki Monk, Jackie Monk, Jr., Javante Monk, Keegan Monk and Keagan Monk all of Valdosta; maternal grandparents: Connie Monk of Nashville, Robin Monk of Hahira and Jackie Kresin of Hahira; paternalgrandparents: Stephen and Kimberly Marine of Jennings, FL; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Saturday January 6, 2018 at 4 PM at the Bridge Church with the Rev. Robbie Rowe officiating. Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to the service.
